Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nursing Staff role based in Namakkal. The nursing professional will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications as prescribed, and assisting with daily living activities. The role includes supporting physicians and senior clinical staff during examinations and procedures, maintaining accurate and timely patient records, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols. The Nursing Staff member will educate patients and families about care plans, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to a respectful, compassionate care environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Nursing and Medicine, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge safely and effectively in patient care settings.
- Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Caregiving, including supporting daily living needs, monitoring patient conditions, and responding appropriately to changes.
- Effective Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent) and valid nursing registration/license as required by local regulations.
- Ability to work in shifts, manage multiple patients, and remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to clinical and safety protocols.
- Prior experience in hospital or clinical settings is preferred, especially in medical-surgical, general ward, or similar units.
