Located in Dubai, the organization strives to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and reliability in its healthcare services. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site Nurse role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care in home\-based settings, administering prescribed medications, monitoring patient conditions, and offering ongoing support to both patients and their families. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, educating patients and caregivers, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and guidelines. **Qualifications** * Patient care skills, including clinical assessment, administering medication, monitoring health conditions and IV cannulation * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals * Knowledge of healthcare protocols, safety guidelines, and ethical practices * Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to document medical data accurately * Proficiency in maintaining professionalism and empathy in high\-pressure situations * Relevant certifications and licenses to work as a registered nurse in the UAE * Experience in home\-based care or related healthcare sectors is an advantage * A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification, with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
