Job Description
Role Purpose Provide on-site medical support, first aid, emergency response, and health monitoring to maintain workforce wellbeing and compliance with project HSE requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide first aid/initial treatment and coordinate emergency response/ambulance.
- Maintain clinic supplies, medication logs, medical records, and incident reports.
- Support occupational health checks, fatigue monitoring, heat stress management.
- Assist HSE with health campaigns, hygiene inspections, and medical fitness tracking.
- Maintain compliance with local health regulations and company procedures.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge \& Skills
- Registered Nurse with valid license/eligibility (UAE or transferable).
- 3+ years; construction/site clinic experience preferred.
- Strong emergency response skills and reporting discipline.
