The hotel offers 39 beautifully designed bedrooms, including 18 suites, alongside the decadent L’oscar Restaurant, Baptist Bar, and versatile event spaces. With its sophisticated French\-inspired elegance set within a historic British building, L'oscar London provides a unique and indulgent escape for its guests. **Role Description** The Night Manager will oversee all hotel operations during the night, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth running of nightly functions. Responsibilities include managing late check\-ins and early departures, handling guest inquiries, resolving any overnight issues, and safeguarding the property. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments for seamless handovers and maintaining health, safety, and security standards. This is a full\-time, 4 on 4 off on\-site position based in Greater London. **Qualifications** * Exceptional customer service and communication skills to engage with guests and resolve issues effectively. * Familiarity with hotel operations, including check\-ins, check\-outs, and property management systems. * Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and maintain security and safety protocols. * Attention to detail and organizational skills for overseeing activities and ensuring smooth operations. * Experience in the hospitality industry or in a similar supervisory role is preferred. * Flexibility to work night shifts and adaptability in a fast\-paced luxury environment. * Proficiency in additional languages and knowledge of the Greater London area would be an advantage.
