Network Engineer Level 2

Tasks

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for network-related incidents and change requests
• Troubleshoot and manage Enterprise LAN (Data Center & Campus), WAN, and WLAN environments
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability across global infrastructure
• Perform remote network management and monitoring for distributed environments
• Support 24x7 NOC operations for global clients
• Plan and execute network device upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with hardware and software vendors to resolve complex issues
• Maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies
• Experience with Load Balancers (F5, Citrix, Cisco)
• Knowledge of SD-WAN solutions (Viptela, Silver Peak, VeloCloud, Meraki)
• Expertise in Wireless technologies (Aruba, Cisco, Meraki)
• Solid understanding of MPLS, DMVPN, and QoS
• Experience with DHCP, DNS, and IPAM
• Hands-on experience in VPN technologies (IPsec, GRE), NAT/PAT
• Strong knowledge of Routing Protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, IS-IS)
• Expertise in Switching Technologies (VLANs, Trunking, 802.1X, STP variants, HSRP, VRRP, VTP)
