Our client Agay Barho is looking for a .NET Developer \- RESTful API \& Cloud Expertise in REMOTE We’re hiring a .NET \+ GCP Developer / Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate a secure, scalable cloud foundation for a multi\-tenant microservices SaaS. You will own GCP infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, and ensure operational excellence, while applying security\-by\-design principles including Zero Trust architecture (identity\-first access, least privilege, segmentation, continuous verification, and strong secrets/key management). This role combines .NET development expertise with cloud engineering, giving you the opportunity to work end\-to\-end—from building microservices in .NET to deploying and managing them on GCP. You will play a key role in the development and launch of a new healthtech SaaS product, taking it from MVP to production **Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities * Design, implement, and operate GCP infrastructure for microservices workloads (e.g., GKE and/or Cloud Run, networking, load balancing). * Own production operations: deployments, monitoring, incident response, SLOs, capacity planning, and cost optimization. \> * Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, environments, and deployment workflows (blue/green, canary, automated rollback). \> * Implement Zero Trust security practices across cloud and platform: \>○ Identity\-driven access controls (least privilege, IAM hardening, conditional access where applicable) \>○ Network segmentation and micro\-perimeters \>○ Secure service\-to\-service authentication/authorization \>○ Strong secrets management and rotation \> * Implement security controls and guardrails: policy enforcement, audit logging, vulnerability scanning, container hardening. * Set up observability end\-to\-end: logs, metrics, tracing, alerting, dashboarding. \> * Infrastructure as Code: manage environments using Terraform (preferred) or equivalent. \> * Partner with backend teams to standardize production\-readiness: deployment templates, Helm charts, baseline service configs, and runbooks. \>Required Qualifications (Must Have) \> * 2\+ years professional experience as a DevOps/Platform/Cloud Engineer. \> * Strong hands\-on experience operating production systems on GCP (compute, networking, IAM, logging/monitoring). \> * Proven experience implementing security best practices and Zero Trust architecture concepts in cloud environments. \> * Experience supporting microservice architecture and multi\-tenant SaaS reliability/scalability needs. \> * Strong GitLab expertise: c, runners, environment deployments, pipeline security gates. \> * Containerization experience (Docker) and at least one orchestration/runtime approach cc). \> **Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)** \> * GKE expertise: ingress, autoscaling, workload identity, network policies, service mesh (optional). \> * DevSecOps toolchain experience: SAST/DAST, image scanning, SBOMs, policy\-as\-code (e.g., OPA). \> * Compliance\-oriented environments (healthcare/fintech), audit readiness, structured incident management.
