Our client Confidential is looking for a Construction Inventory Manager in The Store Keeper plays a vital role in the management and maintenance of construction materials, tools, and equipment inventory. This role demands meticulous attention to detail to ensure all items are properly stored, accurately recorded, and readily available to meet project needs. The Store Keeper facilitates smooth material flow by coordinating closely with procurement and site teams, supporting the uninterrupted execution of construction projects. This position requires a minimum of five years of experience in inventory management within a construction or related industry. The ideal candidate applies specialized skills in material receiving and inspection, storage organization, issuance, documentation, and safety compliance. Emphasizing accuracy and organizational integrity, the Store Keeper ensures all procedures comply with company standards, fostering a safe and efficient workplace. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it demands strong communication and reporting abilities to maintain effective collaboration and operational transparency across departments. **Responsibilities** * Receive and inspect incoming construction materials, tools, and equipment to verify accuracy and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes. * Organize and maintain the storage area to optimize space utilization, ease of access, and material preservation. * Accurately document all inventory movements including receipts, issuances, and returns using company\-approved systems and records. * Coordinate with procurement teams to report shortages, discrepancies, or damages, and assist in timely replenishment of inventory. * Issue materials and equipment to site teams promptly to prevent delays and support continuous project activities. * Maintain up\-to\-date inventory records and conduct physical stock checks regularly to reconcile discrepancies. * Ensure compliance with safety protocols regarding material handling, storage conditions, and hazardous materials management. * Generate periodic reports on inventory status, usage patterns, and procurement needs for management review. * Collaborate effectively with project and procurement departments to streamline material flow and support overall operational goals. * Implement and follow standard operating procedures for inventory management and storage to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
