Job Description
Yaumi International Bakeries of Al Rashed Food Group is seeking a National Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and driving the overall sales strategy across the UAE to achieve revenue, volume, market share, and distribution objectives. This role oversees all sales channels, including Modern Trade, General Trade, Key Accounts, and Distributors, ensuring sustainable growth in the FMCG market. **Responsibilities:** **Sales Strategy \& Execution** * Develop and implement the national sales strategy. * Achieve annual sales targets, profitability, and market share growth across all channels. * Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to meet business goals. **Channel \& Key Account Management** * Manage Modern Trade, General Trade and Key Accounts. * Lead negotiations with key retail chains. * Ensure optimal product listing, visibility, pricing, and promotions across UAE. **Distributor Management** * Appoint, manage, and evaluate distributors to ensure effective market coverage. * Ensure distributor compliance with company policies, credit control, and inventory norms. * Improve route\-to\-market efficiency and execution excellence. **Forecasting \& Planning** * Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, and demand plans. * Collaborate with supply chain and finance teams to ensure stock availability. * Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities. * Track competitor pricing, promotions, and market dynamics. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). * 10–15 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Strong experience managing UAE FMCG channels and national\-level accounts.
