Job Description
As company’s pioneering leader of Modern Oral Product, you will build our market presence Globally from the ground up.
**Job description:**
\- BD new distributors
or target channels, achieve cooperation agreements, sign contracts and complete orders.
\- Achieve/exceed growth and sales targets by successfully conducting business plan with distributors
\- Identify/develop new distributors or sub distributors network (National/Regional Level); maintain strong relationship with all distributors;
\- Evaluate and provide trainings to distributors to develop potential distributors' capabilities to meet the standard;
\- Monitor retailer offtake performance and seek continuous new product or new channel opportunities to drive sales growth.
**Job Requirements:**
\- Bachelor’s degree or above;
\- At least 5 years Business Development or Sales experience in similar industry, Networking in local distributors is preferred;
\- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to build trusting relations with internal stakeholders and external customers;
\- Entrepreneurship Mindset. Highly responsible and result oriented;
\- Able to multitask, work under pressure and tight timelines.
