The Stanley 1913 Sales Team is growing, and we are looking for a strategic thinker with a creative spirit, an inventive mind, and a passion to help us expand our brand and tell our legendary story. We are seeking a National Sales Manager who will lead Strategic, Key, Specialty and new business opportunities in Canada. This individual will be accountable for growing current accounts, while responsibly developing new business opportunities. The Canadian National Sales Manager will lead a team of external sales reps. This remote position is available to candidates based in Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON. **What You'll Do:** * Driving sustainable revenue growth and sell\-through at retail POS * Partnering with Marketing, Commercial and Sales Leadership on building the omnichannel plan for accounts within Canada. * Collaborating with Sales Leadership to establish robust and achievable KPI’s * Ensuring servicing coverage of account base is maximized * Leading the external Canadian rep force * Collaborating closely with Sales Support team, ensuring smooth Go\-To\-Market processes and tools tailored for the Canadian market. * Pioneering, onboarding and growing new distribution * Ensuring premier brand presence at brick and mortar and retail.com. * Ensuring accurate and timely forecasting in close collaboration with demand and supply planning teams. * Delivering results while building cross functional relationships and being a great teammate. **Who You Are:** * Embraces a “Team Selling” mentality * Thrives in a collaborative environment * Resilient * Positive and energetic, with a Consumer\-first mindset. * Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. * Seeks feedback and delivers it with candor. * Challenges status quo in effort to streamline and grow revenue * Self\-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently. * Attention to and excellence in managing details and deadlines. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent time management and problem\-solving skills. * Demonstrated emotional intelligence * Strong self\-awareness, confidence and a humble approach * Thrives in a fast\-paced, complex and dynamic environment. * Eagerly leads by example, strategic delegator **Knowledge \& Skills you will bring:** * Bachelor’s/Undergraduate degree in business or related field * Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience working within the Consumer Goods space. * Direct sales experience within the Sporting Goods, Outdoor, Lifestyle channels, and experience working with Strategic/Key accounts. Hardware, Department and Mass channel experience is a strong plus. * Strong experience and understanding of the Canadian market * Bi\-lingual in English and French a strong plus * Experience presenting to small and large groups of people, consisting of internal and external stakeholders at all levels. * Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on that data * Excellent negotiator and relationship builder. * Excellent communicator and listener. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner, with strong experience building comprehensive business planning and retail presentation decks * 2\+ years of experience leading sales rep teams Stanley 1913 is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job\-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
