**Job Overview**
Impacto Protective Products is seeking an experienced, strategic, and relationship\-driven National Sales
Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts across Canada. This role is ideal for a motivated sales
professional who thrives on business development, building long\-term customer relationships, and
developing high\-performing sales teams.
The successful candidate will play a key role in growing national market presence, supporting existing
distributor relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ultimately helping build and lead
a regional sales management team across varying territories within Canada.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
and distributors across Canada.
• Meet with customers regularly and represent Impacto at trade shows, industry events, and
customer meetings.
• Help recruit, develop, and eventually lead a growing team of regional sales managers and
representatives.
• Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights to aid in
executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM or similar systems to manage pipelines, customer activity, forecasting,
and reporting.
• Prepare regular sales reports and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
**Qualifications \& Skills**
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the industrial safety or
distribution\-focused industries.
• Self\-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proven success in outside sales, account management, and business development.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring or managing teams is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or a strong willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills in explaining technical or
product\-based solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in English, French proficiency viewed favorably.
**Compensation \& Benefits**
• Competitive salary: CA$90,000 \- CA$120,000 annually.

**Travel Requirements**
This role requires regular travel throughout Canada, including customer visits, trade shows, and
regional sales meetings. Estimated minimum travel requirement is 30%. Occasionally may be asked to
participate in international trade shows and calls when pertaining to the Canadian market.
