Job Description
Blue Circle Foods is looking for forward-thinking National Sales Director to tell our brand story. As the Out-of-the-Box Salesperson, you will be responsible for developing unconventional sales strategies and executing innovative tactics to drive brand awareness while ensuring that all sales efforts are consistent with the brand's values, messaging, and positioning.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Story Integration
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the brand story is effectively integrated into all sales materials, presentations, and customer interactions.
- Integrating the brand narrative into sales approach.
- Ensure that the sales team has access to the necessary tools and technology to effectively communicate the brand story to customers.

Strategic Alignment and Cross-Team Collaboration
- Develop and implement sales strategies that are aligned with the brand story and support the overall brand positioning.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that sales goals are in line with the brand's long-term vision and objectives.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the executive team to provide input on brand strategy and positioning based on sales insights and customer feedback.

Performance Analysis and Optimization
- Establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sales efforts in supporting the brand story.
- Analyze sales data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization in aligning with the brand narrative.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to effectively integrate the brand story into sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and make data-driven decisions.
