The National Manager, Sales is responsible for driving the development and achievement of national sales objectives, while building and supporting a high\-performing sales team and support staff.
**Essential Duties And Responsibilities**
* Report directly to the Director, Sales, and oversee the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and Manager, CPO \& Remarketing.
* Lead core sales operations functions, including business planning, reporting, target setting, performance management, sales process optimization, field training, and program implementation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the Dealer Advisory Board (DAB), including managing elections, quarterly meetings, and monthly calls.
* Provide regional support and contribute to business development across all areas.
* Maintain a strong understanding of current sales, marketing, and incentive programs, including claims processes, to effectively support regions and dealers.
* Organize and participate in weekly traffic calls, monthly field staff meetings, and quarterly dealer communications.
* Plan and execute field staff training initiatives.
* Identify opportunities and develop proposals to enhance sales processes across the organization and dealership network nationally.
* Develop and administer quarterly field bonus programs.
* Manage the MMI budget in collaboration with Regional Managers and the Director of Sales.
* Coordinate key communications, including 20\-day and month\-end reminders to regional offices.
* Oversee Fleet sales operations, including BN \& BR sales and relationships with fleet partners.
* Provide oversight of the Certified Pre\-Owned (CPO) program and support ongoing development.
* Perform additional duties as required.
**Skills/Knowledge/Experience/Education Requirement**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* 7–10 years of experience in sales and/or marketing; automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
* Regional or retail operations experience is an asset.
* Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast\-paced, high\-pressure environment.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Experience managing budgets.
* Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Self\-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Salary range: $132,000 \- $181,501
