That’s it. **Overview:** As the National Foodservice Sales Manager – you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious sales goals and growing our Foodservice business nationally. You’ll lead all sales activities across all segments: College/University, Vending/Micro Markets, B \& I, Healthcare, QSR’s, Travel, Military and others. Your ability to identify new business opportunities, chase leads, build lasting relationships with key decision makers, and strategically expand market reach will be critical to your success. **Key Responsibilities** * Aggressively chase new business by prospecting, networking, and leveraging market research to secure new accounts and expand our Foodservice customer base. * Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales goals; update and communicate progress to management. Sales targets are aggressive, and the team moves at a fast pace. * Drive That’s it innovation by leveraging insights and data analytics to expand distribution above and beyond our current core assortment. * Broker Oversight \& Management – Provide leadership for brokers by conducting performance reviews and strategy planning sessions. * Develop and manage distributor and GPO relationships to align on sales goals and regional growth strategies including Vistar, UNFI, Sysco, Aramark, Coremark. * Account \& Contract Management – Ensure seamless execution of existing agreements, including renewals and customer expansion efforts. * Travel regularly (40%\-60%) to meet with customers and attend trade shows to aggressively chase leads and grow new business. * Deliver regular reporting on sales performance, forecasting, and competitive activity within the channel. * Support regional execution of national promotions, campaigns, and new product launches. * Manage rebates, allowances, deductions, and receivables, while supporting customer service and order fulfillment as needed. **Your Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent Sales Manager experience required * At least 5 years of experience in wholesale sales including foodservice accounts and distributors (CPG experience preferred) * Demonstrate deep segment expertise in College/University, Vending/Micro Markets, B \& I, Healthcare, QSR’s, Travel, Military * Growth mindset with the ability to chase leads and drive sales aggressively * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Experience with sales forecasting, lead generation and executive reporting * Deep knowledge of US foodservice market – experience with distributors, brokers, and key industry players * Proven sales hunter – a proactive and driven sales professional with a track record of success. * Self\-starter \& Team Player – able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross\-functional teams We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement.
