**About the Company**
Taylor Farms Retail, Inc. Taylor Farms is North America's leading producer of salads and healthy fresh foods. At 25,000 and counting, our "Taylor Farm’s Family" focuses on bringing the highest\-quality and innovative fresh value\-added products to shelves. We're growing fast in Canada and hiring a National Account Manager, Retail to own our most strategic retail relationships from Ontario through Western Canada. You'll report to the VP of Sales and partner daily with our California HQ and our Vaughan, ON plant.
**About the Role**
You own Taylor Farms' growth across Canada's largest retail account Loblaw, and West based regional accounts Pattison Food Group, and Federated Co\-op. You set the strategy, run the P\&L, be the relationship expert, launch something new, and are always ready to solve an urgent problem.
**Responsibilities**
* Hit or exceed annual revenue and margin targets across your account base set by your leadership
* Land new distribution and new item placements every year
* Build a 12–24 month innovation pipeline with each strategic customer
* Maintain our average 98% fill rate and work closely with the customer service team
* Turn IRI and customer\-portal data into insights that shape what we make next and drive strategy
**Key responsibilities:**
* Own the P\&L for your account base. Take care of revenue, margin, trade spend, and promotional ROI.
* Build segment strategies from IRI and category data that grow top and bottom line
* Grow existing accounts and open doors at new regional and national retailers across Canada.
* Spot white space across our capabilities and drive new initiatives for growth — fresh\-cut salads, meal kits, dressings, value\-added produce
* Stay close to raw, processing, and logistics. You know the entire process for the customer
* Regular Travel Required. Includes customer offices and stores across the GTA, Vancouver, Calgary, and Saskatoon; our California HQ along with a few NA trade shows.
* Drive product development and commercialization with R\&D, Procurement, and Operations. Be the customer's voice inside our walls and our voice inside theirs.
* Partner with Marketing on fact\-based selling and shopper insights and convert that story into shelf space and share.

**Qualifications**
* 5\+ years in CPG and/or produce sales, including direct selling into Loblaw
* Fresh food industry experience preferred
* Demonstrated P\&L ownership. You can build a customer plan, model trade investment, and explain margin movement to a CFO
* Track record of leading through influence across Operations, R\&D, Supply Chain, and Finance
* Competitive and energized by a fast\-paced, variable environment — no two weeks look the same and that’s an environment you thrive in
* Exceptional time and project management. You will run multiple workstreams in parallel and find paths around obstacles
* Experience in both large enterprise and entrepreneurial environments, scale without losing scrappiness
* Bachelor's degree required
**Travel**
Remote role based in or near Toronto. Regular travel across the GTA, Vancouver, Calgary, and Saskatoon, plus trips to our California HQ and regional trade shows. Roughly 40–50% travel, with peaks during launch and planning windows.
