This is a hands\-on commercial role suited to someone who enjoys being close to customers, driving growth and influencing across both internal and external stakeholders. Backgrounds across Wholesale, Off\-Trade or On\-Trade are all welcomed. **Key responsibilities...** * Manage and grow a portfolio of major national wholesale accounts * Drive commercial performance across growth, retention and new business * Build and maintain strong, long\-term customer relationships * Identify opportunities to expand distribution and strengthen partnerships **What we’re looking for...** * Proven experience in National Account Management (Wholesale) * Strong commercial acumen with exposure to P\&L ownership/influence * Confident in managing or mentoring others * Strong relationship\-building and stakeholder management skills * Proactive, hands\-on approach with a strong sense of ownership * Inclusive leadership style **Package** * £50,000 – £55,000 \+ bonus * £5,000 car allowance \+ pension * Home\-based with 1 day per week in Kent **Process** * Stage 1: Introductory conversation \+ CV walkthrough \+ competency questions * Stage 2: Presentation task \+ final interview
