**🚀 National Account Manager – Food**
**🛍️Waitrose**
**💰 Up to £55k plus 20% bonus**
**📍Victoria, London.**
We’re partnering with a high growth, category leading food brand that’s built a strong reputation for doing things differently. With a focus on quality, innovation and modern consumer habits, they’ve carved out a loyal following and continue to go from strength to strength across UK grocery.
As they scale further, they’re now looking for an experienced NAM to take the lead on one of their key retail partnerships. This is a great opportunity to step into a role with real ownership in a fast moving, ambitious business.
**The Role**
You’ll be leading a key grocery account, with full responsibility for
**Waitrose**
, driving growth and building a strong, long term partnership.
**What you’ll be doing:**
✨ Owning and developing the Waitrose account
📈 Delivering against volume, value and wider commercial targets
💸 Leading JBPs, pricing and promotional strategy
📊 Owning forecasting and full P\&L responsibility
🤝 Working closely with internal teams to execute growth plans
**What We’re Looking For**
**🧠**
Proven experience operating at NAM level within grocery
🛒 Strong experience managing Waitrose
💼 Solid commercial acumen with full P\&L ownership
🗣️ Confident managing buyer relationships and negotiations
⚡ Comfortable in a fast paced, evolving environment
🙌 Team player with a hands on, proactive approach
🥑 Passion for food and challenger brands
