Job Description
Are you a tenacious and ambitious commercial professional looking to take ownership of a major wholesale customer alongside a portfolio of smaller wholesale accounts?
This is an exciting opportunity to join Aston Manor Cider as a National Account Manager within the Wholesale Channel, leading the performance and development of both own label and branded cider and soft drinks. You'll also take on line management responsibility for a Key Account Manager, making this a genuine step into commercial leadership.

* Lead the value proposition – Champion affordable choices and the value shopper within cider and soft drinks, working closely with NPD and procurement teams to innovate.
* Full P\&L responsibility – Own the profitability of your customer portfolio, optimising range choices and product development to drive performance.
* Develop your leadership capability – Line manage and develop a Key Account Manager while building an internal virtual team connecting supply chain, finance, NPD, compliance, and category functions with your customers.
* Shape customer strategy – Implement a 360\-degree customer contact strategy across BWS and soft drinks, and translate company strategy into measurable actions.

We're looking for someone who brings:
* Experience in a wholesale commercial function at NAM level
* Line management experience (preferred)
* Experience across alcohol, soft drinks, own label, or branded products
* Strong numeracy, proven negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to apply critical thinking to commercial challenges
* A collaborative, solution\-focused mindset—someone who enjoys being part of a successful team and isn't afraid to bring fair challenge
