You’ll manage key retail relationships, drive national listings, and help scale a challenger brand with serious ambition. As one of our early hires, you’ll play a hands\-on role in shaping both our commercial success and our culture. If you’re excited by building something from the ground up—and want real ownership—this is it. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Drive Key Account Growth: Own and accelerate growth across national retail accounts, delivering impactful Joint Business Plans (JBPs) * Win New Business: Identify, pitch, and secure new retail listings * Drive Launch Excellence: Lead product launches in\-store and online * Shopper Marketing: Create and execute strategies that boost visibility and engagement * Manage Trade Spend: Optimise investment to maximise ROI * Make Data\-Driven Decisions: Use insight to improve performance * Help Shape the Company: Contribute to building culture, ways of working, and the team * Challenge the Category: Bring fresh thinking and bold ideas to disrupt the traditional dairy aisle **Who You Are \& What You’ll Get** We’re looking for a hands\-on, commercially minded account manager who thrives in a fast\-growing, high\-energy environment.
