The ideal candidate will have experience handling vehicle titles, registrations, and DMV processes, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with state regulations. This position would be working for Ferrari Maserati of Central New Jersey and Bentley Edison. **Responsibilities** * Process all NJ and Out of State DMV Transactions * Process and Track Auction Purchase and Sale titles * Post All New Vehicle Inventory Purchases * Maintain MSO/Title Inventory Records * Track and Maintain Vehicle Payoff Titles Follow\-up * Post all DMV Check Disbursements and Temp Fees Daily * Maintain All DMV related Schedules on CDK * Issue Customer DMV Overpayment Refunds * Submit eligible vehicles for Floorplan * Process and Post Daily Deposits/Cash Receipts **Qualifications** * Must have prior dealership experience * Certified for NJ Motor Vehicle Processing * CDK Experience preferred * Knowledge of Dealership office procedures through Month End Close * Willingness to adhere to established processes * Detail Oriented with Strong Organization Skills * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word * A clean driving record \& valid driver's license * Mature, Professional, Enthusiastic and Ambitious demeanor * Strong Communication Skills * Must be willing to submit and pass a drug test and background check **Be Part of Our Success Story** Ready to advance your career in the automotive industry? **Apply Today** to join the winning team at **Ferrari Maserati of Central New Jersey** and **Bentley Edison** .
