Job Description
Our client Riphah International University is looking for a MIT Lecturer \- Curriculum Development \& Research in REMOTE Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Lecturer in the MIT department to deliver high\-quality education and foster a stimulating learning environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong subject matter expertise, demonstrable skills in curriculum development, and a solid foundation in research methodology. This role involves teaching assigned courses according to the standard workload and achieving annual targets set by the Head of Department. The position requires at least one year of post\-MS or MPhil experience in the relevant field to ensure effective instructional delivery and active participation in academic activities. The Lecturer will work independently without team management Responsibilities but will collaborate closely with the academic committee to maintain and enhance educational standards. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and deliver engaging lectures aligned with the department curriculum and university standards. * Develop and update course materials that reflect current trends and advances in the subject area. * Conduct research activities in line with academic requirements and institutional goals to contribute to the broader body of knowledge. * Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and practical applications ensuring objective evaluation. * Meet the annual teaching and research targets set by the Head of Department consistently throughout the academic year. * Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support continuous professional growth and curriculum improvement. * Advise and support students academically, providing guidance to enhance their educational experience and career readiness. * Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures related to teaching, assessment, and research ethics. * Maintain accurate records of students attendance, grades, and feedback for administrative and accreditation purposes. * Collaborate with colleagues to foster a coordinated approach to curriculum delivery and to share best teaching practices.
