Consolidating data from multiple sources, build MIS reports, analyse trends, and partner with field teams to ensure seamless flow of information. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present insights that help drive programmatic decision\-making. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\.Reporting \& Dashboarding • Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly and annual MIS reports for the CSR team • Publish performance scorecards, KPIs, budget utilization, process key outcome metrics, and variance reports. 2\. Data Management • Collect, consolidate, clean, and validate data from multiple sources • Ensure 100% data accuracy and integrity in all reporting systems. 3\. Program Analysis • Analyse trends, identify anomalies, and highlight risks/opportunities. • Support ad\-hoc queries with quick turn\-around analytics. 4\. Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with Field teams to gather data and align on metrics. • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all reports to leadership. • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reviews \- Reporting \& Dashboarding • Develop and maintain monthly/ quarterly and annual MIS reports for the CSR team • Publish performance scorecards, KPIs and budget utilisation 5\. System Setup \& Program Initialization (One\-Time Activities) * Break down program budgets into head\-wise allocations (state\-wise and quarter\-wise). * Define and enter KPIs (Output, Outcome, Impact indicators) with target values. 6\. Data Tracking \& Excel Management * Maintain detailed Excel trackers for: * Budget allocation and utilization (head\-wise and total) * Fund requests vs. funds received * Milestone\-based disbursements * KPI targets vs. achievements **Qualifications \& Experience** * 2–4 years of experience in Reporting / MIS / data analytics * Strong financial data management skills * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Experience with monitoring tools preferred Graduate in any discipline * Any Graduate * Preferred someone from Development sectors
