Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Meta Ads Manager role based in Lahore. The Meta Ads Manager will plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and client acquisition for healthcare and medical billing services. Daily responsibilities include conducting audience and competitor research, building and managing campaigns in Ads Manager, setting up tracking and conversion events, and continuously optimizing creatives, copy, targeting, and bids to improve performance. The role also involves monitoring KPIs, preparing performance reports, and translating data into actionable insights for leadership and sales teams. In addition, the Meta Ads Manager will coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations to align campaigns with business goals, maintain consistent messaging, and support new service launches or promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Marketing and Advertising skills, with proven experience planning, launching, and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for at least 4 years.
- Strong Communication and Sales-oriented skills to collaborate across teams, understand client needs, and translate business goals into effective ad strategies.
- Project Management capabilities to plan campaigns, manage budgets, meet deadlines, and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical skills and proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, and tracking tools (e.g., Pixels, conversion APIs, UTM parameters) to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or B2B campaigns; healthcare or medical billing exposure is an advantage.
- Ability to create or brief effective ad creatives and copy aligned with brand and compliance guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort working on-site in Lahore with a collaborative, results-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
