Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Lahore. The Merchandiser will visit assigned retail outlets to ensure optimal product display, shelf placement, and stock levels according to company standards. Responsibilities include checking product freshness and packaging, rotating stock, placing promotional materials, and executing in-store marketing activities. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with store staff, gathering feedback on product performance, and reporting market insights and competitor activities to the sales and marketing teams. The Merchandiser will also support sales targets by identifying opportunities to increase visibility and availability of NAYA FOODS products.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with store personnel and respond to customer inquiries.
- Experience in Sales and Retail environments, preferably within FMCG or food categories.
- Basic understanding of Marketing principles and in-store promotional execution.
- Ability to organize routes, manage time efficiently, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Attention to detail in product display, stock rotation, and adherence to quality standards.
- Minimum high school education; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous merchandising or field sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and grow within the role is essential.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore, travel between outlets as needed, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and arranging products.
