**SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)**
Deliver steel design calculations and drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and constructability.
**SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES**
* Perform steel member and connection design.
* Develop design reports and review drawings.
* Coordinate with detailing/fabrication teams.
* Support design optimization for economy.
* Assist in technical discussions with clients.

* To coordinate with design and drafting teams for accurate and timely deliverables.

**Purpose of Interaction**
* To interface with consultants and vendors for drawing validation and design support.

**KNOWLEDGE**
**Minimum Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Master’s in Structural Engineering (preferred)
**Language Skills**
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of regional/local languages is (preferred)
**Experience**
**Years of Experience**
* 6–10 years in structural steel design.
**Nature of**
**Experience**
* Industrialized construction system design, parametric modeling, team leadership.
