Your Role * As part of our team, you will work closely with our academic department and assist in managing day\-to\-day educational tasks. Your responsibilities will include: * **Conducting 1\-hour interactive classes**  to ensure student engagement and conceptual clarity. * **Delivering engaging lessons**  by explaining mathematical concepts using clear and effective communication. * **Assisting with curriculum development tasks** , including the creation and updating of lesson plans and educational materials. * **Performing student assessment and support tasks** , such as grading assignments and conducting regular tests. * **Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records**  of student progress and attendance. * **Updating and managing information in the system**  to track student performance and feedback. * **Supporting the academic team with research** , coordination, and general instructional assistance. What We Are Looking For * **Subject Mastery:**  A strong grip on  **Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Statistics/Probability.** * **Fresh Graduates or Experienced Educators**  Of Mathematics. * **Bachelor’s Degree**  in Mathematics, Education, or a related discipline. * **Strong Communication Skills**  to explain complex concepts in simple terms. * **Fluency in English**  (written and spoken) is preferred. * **Tech Savvy:**  Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
