Marketing Executive

Job Title: Marketing Executive **Job Brief:** As a Marketing Executive, you will support the planning and execution of marketing and communication activities to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. You will work closely with internal teams to implement campaigns across digital and traditional channels while ensuring consistent brand messaging. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives. * Manage day\-to\-day digital marketing activities, including social media posting, website updates, and email campaigns. * Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content. * Support market research efforts to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities. * Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing initiatives. * Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversions. * Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and PR activities. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (sales, product, HR) to support marketing initiatives. * Maintain and update marketing databases, content calendars, and campaign trackers. * Perform additional tasks assigned by the line manager as needed. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications. * Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools is a plus. **Benefits:** * Market Competitive Salary * Performance Based Bonus * Medical IPD/OPD * Provident Fund * Company Provided Lunch
