Mandatory Internship Growth & Marketing (m/f/d)

Are you creative, digitally savvy, and eager to actively contribute to the growth of a startup? As an intern in Growth & Marketing, you will support our team in content creation, campaigns, and everything in between. You will work closely with our Head of Growth and gain direct insights into the strategic development of our company.

This position is based in Berlin or Cologne.

Aufgaben

What you will be doing

• Content & Product Communication: Supporting the creation of content that explains and sells our product, for LinkedIn, our website, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Outreach & Partnerships: Supporting the development of partnerships, affiliate programs, and direct outreach campaigns.
• Marketing Automation: Helping us build systems that increase our growth efficiency and speed of delivery.
• Campaigns: Assisting in the conceptualization and execution of growth campaigns from idea to evaluation.
• Performance & Reporting: Helping track what works (and what doesn't) and drawing conclusions from the data.
• Community & Social: Supporting the development of our presence on relevant channels and helping test new formats.
• Research & Market Observation: Helping keep us up to date on competitors, trends, and new channels.

Qualifikation

What You Bring

• You are a sharp thinker and a clear writer.
• Curiosity is your default mode.
• You thrive on variety and enjoy getting your head around new topics.
• You've played around with AI tools and pick up new things fast.
• Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level).
• Currently studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar with a mandatory internship requirement.
• You work independently and don't wait to be told what to do next.
• You are located in Berlin or Köln.
