Manager (Vocational Training Officer)

**Responsibilities** * Develop and implement vocational training programs for employees in the Coal Mining industry. * Assess training needs through consultation with management and analysis of current skills. * Design curriculum and training materials to meet the identified needs. * Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of teaching methods. * Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs align with business goals. * Stay up\-to\-date with industry trends and best practices in vocational education. * Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities. * Provide guidance and support to employees participating in training programs. * Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization. **Qualifications** * B.E. / B. Tech. in Mining. From reputed institute. * FCC in Coal as per CMR. * 10\+ years of experience in Coal Mining industry
