Job Description
**Responsibilities** **Strategic Roles \& Responsibilities: \-** * Identifying key business opportunities in the domestic segment. * Development of new customer and sectors for domestic business. Analyze and understand customer's requirement and offer them best solutions to meet their requirement. * Achieve target revenues \& optimizing sales effort. * Responsible for timely submission of technically and commercially viable proposals/quotations for all enquiries received. * Maintain long\-term relationship with old and current customers to generate additional revenue for the organization. * Identify and enlarge Targeted Customer Base and Industry. **Operational Responsibilities :\-** * To work closely with the Sales Head to drive the organizations growth, product development and geographical spread. * Develop strong customer relationships through regular visits or timely response to their queries. * Participate in identifying corporate sales planning and strategies * Conduct basic marketplace intelligence and research to map business potential of existing customers as wells identify new customers. **People Management: \-** * Ensuring Proper training, mentoring, coaching is given to the team members thereby contributing to the organizational success. * Coordination with Team Members. **Qualifications** **Educational Qualification:** * Regular Graduate. * Preferable MBA in Marketing \& Sales. **Experiences** * 6\+ Years in the domain of Logistics \& Supply chain Sales, Operations \& Key Accounts Management.
