About Role: Designation\- Manager\- Security \& Network (SD\-WAN \& SASE) Sales Location\- Bengaluru\- KIADB Reports to\- General Manager Function\- Customer Success Group Brief Description on the role Key Responsibilities As a Business Development Lead, this role will design the GTM for SDWAN and Network security (SSE) portfolio under the secured network transformation proposition. Drive funnel building with sales and presales teams and leading customer discussions. Accountable for winning the deals by leading the win strategies along with all stakeholders \- sales, presales, product and with the customers. Deep understanding of product portfolio and articulating the value proposition by understanding customer requirements. Solution sales is the key. Drive demand generation activities including mappings, workshops, EBC s etc while working with Marketing, Sales, Solutions and Product to develop Go\-to\-Market motions required for success. C\- Level and leadership relationship development throughout different business units and execs in customer organizations while maintaining engagement and relationships with key stakeholders. What do you need to have: Strong sales appetite with techno\-commercial acumen with ability to understand the products deeper. Collaborate with all key stakeholders in the organization and strong teaming mindset Ability to build and leverage external executive relationships as well as internal Execs, VPs and key OEM partners Understanding of how to navigate and lead in a matrixed environment Experience of structured planning and financial management Ability to identify and communicate joint value proposition in terms of aligning the benefits of both the alliance partner and customers business outcomes Ability to effectively manage problem resolution \- balancing both strategic and immediate needs Strong understanding and proficiency in working with a large organization s internal processes and tools as well as working level understanding of product, licensing and partner programs Basic Requisites: Engineering degree with an MBA would be good to have. Total years of experience \- 5\+ years Extensive Sales and Presales experience Successful track record in building strategic relationships across multiple environments
