Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Head Rewards in proposal formulation of new HR policies, review and revision of existing HR policies.
- Interpretation of components of compensation policy, analyze market pricing and compensation practices, and participate in salary survey, Reward and Benefit analysis
- HR workforce planning and benefits administration in collaboration with business requirements.
- Monthly HR cost monitoring in collaboration with finance planning unit to ensure planned HR costs remain within the budget.
- Assist Unit Head Compensation \& Benefits Administration in Increment proposal formulation.
- Responsible for building and maintaining excel data sheets, ensuring employee data is up-to-date and accurate.
Job Specifications:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field, however Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) would be preferred.
Knowledge \& Skills:
- Understanding customer demographics, behavior, and preferences to create effective rewards programs.
- Knowledge of various reward types (e.g., points, cashback, travel), reward structures (e.g., tiered, flat rate), and redemption options.
- Understanding marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning, to effectively promote rewards programs.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive rewards strategies that align with business objectives.
- Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize rewards program performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
