As we continue expanding our global presence, we are looking for a Sales Manager who can help us connect with new clients and grow our project portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with potential clients who need custom software development
• Present Amatoias services including AI integration, CRM development, and automation systems
• Build long\-term relationships with international clients
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closing
• Work closely with the technical team to understand project requirements
• Participate in strategy discussions to grow the company’s client base
Requirements
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or technology
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify client needs and propose suitable technology solutions
• Experience working with international clients is a plus
• Self\-driven and comfortable working in a remote environment
Nice to Have
• Experience selling software development services
• Existing network of potential clients
• Understanding of CRM systems, AI tools, or digital platforms
• Experience with sales tools or lead generation platforms
