Job Description
The initial focus will be on skill development for all Sales, Production \& Logistics teams.
This Would Include
- Design and execute orientation programs for Sales, Production \& Logistic teams
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires
- Act as a consultant to new people for challenges they have on the job
- Observe how people interact with clients to identify areas of improvement
- Determine training needs both for individuals and teams
- Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases (e.g. how to
overcome objections)
- Apply various sales training techniques (e.g. gamification, case studies, and group
activities)
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
Additional Responsibilities Would Be
- Inculcate a system to facilitate continuous learning for our teams
- Leverage available platforms to share content, evaluate personnel and provide ROI
on training spend
- Develop/purchase content modules as required for functional areas other than
front-end sales such as production, Logistic, marketing, technology, etc.
