External Job Description

Role Purpose This role is part of the Talent Management and Organization Development (TMOD) team and is responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-wide learning and organization development interventions. A key focus of the role is to advance the organisation’s Inclusion, Equity and Diversity (IED) agenda, alongside building leadership and managerial capability and strengthening overall organisational effectiveness. The incumbent will work closely with business and HR teams to translate talent priorities into structured interventions and ensure strong execution and sustained impact

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver learning and OD interventions aligned to business priorities and organizational capability needs.
  • Anchor manager and leadership development programs including transition interventions across career stages.
  • Drive IED interventions including inclusive hiring practices, building inclusive behaviors, and strengthening psychological safety across teams.
  • Partner with business and HR teams to diagnose needs and co-create contextual solutions.
  • Ensure strong program governance including planning, execution, stakeholder alignment and communication.
  • Drive post-program engagement to ensure application of learning, reinforcement and behavior change.
  • Leverage internal and external learning ecosystems to enhance quality and relevance of interventions.
  • Contribute to strengthening TMOD practices and frameworks as part of the broader team.

Scope of Role Organisation wide scope with engagement across functions and business units. The role works closely with business leaders, HR business partners and the TMOD team to deliver integrated talent and OD interventions.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong grounding in Learning \& Development and Organisation Development concepts and practices.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering organisation wide interventions.
  • Understanding of IED principles and experience in driving inclusion-related initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical and scalable solutions.
  • Comfort with data, feedback and measurement to drive effectiveness.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Clarity of thought with structured problem solving and program design capability.

Experience \& Education

  • 2-3yrs of experience/exposure of L\&D and TMOD after graduation from tier 1 B-school
  • Relevant certifications in psychometric tools are preferred but not essential.
