**Job Description:** The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic and experienced HR leader responsible for partnering with assigned business units to drive human capital strategies that align with and support organization’s overall business objectives. With at least 15 years of progressive HR experience, the HRBP Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert counsel on all HR\-related matters. This role emphasizes efficient and effective management of core HR processes and programs (BAU), ensuring operational excellence while also contributing to strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable HR solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Employee Relations Management:** * Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations, advising managers on disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with all enGen Global policies and labor laws. * Mediate and resolve conflicts, grievances, and disputes in a fair and consistent manner, fostering a positive work environment. * Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on policy interpretation, performance management, and conflict resolution. * **Performance Management Oversight:** * Administer and oversee the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid\-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement plans. * Coach and train managers on effective performance feedback, coaching techniques, and documentation practices. * Identify and address performance gaps, working with managers to develop strategies for improvement and recognition. * **Talent Management \& Development (Operational Aspects):** * Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure efficient and effective recruitment and onboarding processes for assigned business units. * Partner with Learning \& Development to identify training needs based on business requirements and employee development plans, facilitating access to relevant programs. * Monitor and support career development discussions within business units, guiding employees and managers on available resources and pathways. * **Compensation \& Benefits Administration:** * Collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices within assigned business units. * Advise managers on compensation decisions, including promotions, salary adjustments, and incentive plans, ensuring adherence to enGen Global's compensation philosophy. * Assist employees with benefits inquiries and enrollment processes, acting as a liaison with the benefits team as needed. * **Workforce Planning \& Analytics (BAU Reporting):** * Collect, analyze, and present HR data and metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, diversity, performance data) to identify trends and inform decision\-making. * Prepare regular HR reports for business unit leaders, highlighting key HR indicators and areas for improvement. * Support basic workforce planning activities by providing historical data and insights on staffing levels and needs. * **Policy \& Compliance Adherence:** * Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and programs across assigned business units. * Stay abreast of changes in employment law and HR regulations, ensuring enGen Global's compliance and advising on necessary adjustments. * Educate managers and employees on HR policies and maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of internal guidelines. * **Organizational Effectiveness \& Change Management (Operational Support):** * Support the implementation of organizational changes within business units by providing guidance on communication plans, employee transitions, and change management best practices. * Facilitate team effectiveness initiatives and provide guidance on team dynamics and collaboration. * Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting enGen Global's values and fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment. **Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MA in HR) preferred. * **Experience:** * Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 12\+ years in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within a large, complex organization. * Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations cases, performance management cycles, and compensation processes. * Proven track record of effectively operating within established HR frameworks and delivering consistent, high\-quality HR services. * Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is highly desirable. * **Certifications:** SHRM\-SCP or HRCI SPHR certification highly preferred. **Skills:** * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities, with a data\-driven approach to HR. * High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. * Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics. **About enGen Global** **enGen Global** is at the forefront of healthcare's Global Capability Centers (GCC) in India, dedicated to creating powerful and innovative solutions that have a transformative impact on lives.
