Job Description
- Onboarding
- Coordinate with talent acquisition team to manage processes of onboarding for the operations teams including documentation, bond management, PF, ESIC, Insurance, ELT \& other joining formalities.
- Coordinate with IT teams for system allocation, email, etc. for new joiners
- Facilitate new employee induction \& coordination of transfer formalities for staff on deputation or posting.
- Business Partnering
- Work with the Department Managers, Talent Acquisition \& Talent Management teams to understand business priorities and executive initiatives planned for respective departments.
- Ensure HR strategies align with business goals \& drive operational efficiency
- Employee Relations and Engagement
- Foster a positive work culture that supports safety, employee centricity, and teamwork. Address employee grievances promptly and investigations are completed in a timely manner.
- Handle all employee related investigations related to PoSH and other disciplinary cases, etc in a sensitive \& confidential manner as per company polices \& legal
- Coordinate all R \& R activities employee engagement events, Employee Surveys, assisting teams with Training and Development activities.
- Visiting airports as part of Employee Interaction process, collecting feedback from employees and providing responses to queries raised.
- HR Operations
- Responsible for maintaining data for department specific policies like – Benevolent scheme, AOD, ML cases etc
- Facilitating Insurance claims of employees, AOD cases and any such special cases
- Ensure all types of Organizational communication to employee is accurate, up-to-date and exercises due control for easy data generation, storage, and retrieval.
- Execute payroll and benefit preparation according to internal processes. Ensure accurate data (monthly variable allowances, overtime, recovery, LWP, time and attendance) is sent to payroll team as per the timelines given. Responsible for Non-Dues Clearance and Exit Process for the vertical

- HR Analytics \& Reporting
- Maintain data analytics, Headcount, cost budget, attrition etc.
- Preparation of various reports and presentations as may be required for management
- Supporting Compensation and Benefits team for Salary Benchmarking, Employee Engagement Surveys and other initiatives
- Any other tasks as may be assigned by line manager.
