**Hightech Solutions**
is hiring a Manager HR in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
\- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
\- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and support organizational goals.
\- Manage employee relations, addressing issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
\- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
\- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
\- Monitor and manage compensation, benefits, and payroll systems.
\- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
\- Prepare and manage department budget and report on HR metrics.
\- Foster a positive work environment that encourages communication and collaboration.
\- Lead initiatives for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Requirements:
\- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
\- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
\- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns effectively.
\- Competency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
\- Experience in change management and organizational development.
\- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
\- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
\- Ability to work in an on\-site environment, effectively collaborating with team members and management.
Qualifications:
\- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
\- HR certification (e.g., SHRM\-CP, PHR) is preferred.
\- 6\-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
\- Experience with full\-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
\- Knowledge of performance management systems and employee training programs.
Additional Information:
\- This position is a full\-time, on\-site role requiring interaction with staff at all levels within the organization.
\- The HR Manager will report directly to the Senior Management team and participate in strategic planning.
