About the Opportunity: The Manager, HR Business Partner leads the Human Resources Generalist team to deliver consistent, high\-quality HR services focused on employee relations and core HR processes. This role partners with business leaders to develop and implement talent strategies that support business goals, improve organizational effectiveness, and foster a diverse workforce. The position serves as a strategic influencer, driving HR best practices, organizational design, and employee engagement initiatives. 3\. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with leadership and employees to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business priorities. • Design and implement talent strategies including succession planning and leadership development. • Ensure HR strategies are supported by centers of excellence and shared services. • Use data and analytics to inform improvements in performance, retention, and employee experience. • Integrate DE\&I practices into HR programs and organizational strategies. • Lead, coach, and manage the HRG team, clarifying roles and priorities. • Oversee employee relations support including investigations, issue resolution, and risk mitigation. • Ensure consistent delivery of core HR support aligned with company standards. • Partner with HR Business Partners to balance operational execution and strategic consulting. • Establish workflows and service models that enhance efficiency and positive experiences. • Serve as an escalation point for complex employee relations matters. • Lead and participate in HR projects such as organizational transformation and employee engagement surveys. • Promote innovation and continuous improvement in HR processes. • Collaborate with HR colleagues to share best practices and provide thought leadership. 4\. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or related field. • Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a strategic HR role. • Experience supporting multi\-unit or enterprise organizations. • Proven leadership or management experience of HR teams, preferably including employee relations. • Preferred SPHR certification. • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategy with organizational goals. • Deep knowledge of employment law, employee relations, HR policies, compliance, and risk management. • Ability to lead, coach, and develop HR professionals. • Expertise balancing strategic and operational HR needs. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. • Strong critical thinking and problem\-solving abilities. • Capacity to influence leaders and build trust across all levels. • Highly organized and resilient in a fast\-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Salary range of $112,200 to $140,200 annually, depending on experience and geographic location. • Eligibility for an annual bonus, subject to plan terms. • Actual compensation may vary based on local pay requirements and meets or exceeds state\-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds. 6\.
