This position will be supervised by Senior Manager Enterprise Sales. **HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT** * Collaborate with internal and external stake holders to drive for resolution of chronic and complex issues of customers Monitor \& ensure follow\-up with tech/business etc for corporate faults with escalations to ensure timely rectification. * Conduct monthly meetings with customers to understand their requirements and resolve their issues in timely fashion for developing a strong business relationship Coordination with customers on deployment and fault management to get feedback for performance improvement. * Conduct inhouse training sessions for team to improve Capability * B2B Revenue Growth in New Products (Cloud, Microsoft, ICT \& Managed Services) * Improve Receivables \& Timely Revision of Existing Contracts/ Agreements and Customer Retention \& Reduce Churn **WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL** **Qualification:** * Bachelors or Masters preferably in Business Administration **Experience:** * 1 to 2 Years of relevant experience. ***PTCL Group's family\-centric policies, offering 6\-month maternity and 30\-day paternity leave, along with a hybrid work model, redefine the workplace for a balanced and fulfilling career.***
