Manager Accounting Financial Reporting

Apply to join our Group as **Manager Accounting Financial Reporting** and help us developing our **new Office in Dubai!** **What will you do?** * Manage daily accounting operations (accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations) * Oversee the finance system and maintain close collaboration with HQ Finance Team and all external stakeholders * Support in monitoring budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with business goals * Manage and deliver accurate internal and external financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly schedule * Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support business strategy and decision\-making **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 3\+ years of experience in accounting/finance management, preferably in multinational companies based in Dubai * Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS * Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and banking operations * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills * Strong communication skills in English and Arabic are mandatory * Knowledge of SAP
