**Management Executive Legal**
.
**Qualification**
Candidates possessing minimum LLB degree or a Master of Laws (LLM) from HEC accredited institution with strong understanding of corporate, petroleum and relevant laws.
**Experience**
Candidates should hold up to 8 years of experience as an independent panel lawyer or in\-house counsel, with a focus on corporate and petroleum laws.
**Responsibilities**
* In\-house legal advice and coordination with other departments on a diverse range of substantive and procedural questions of law firmly secure the interest of the Company.
* Ensuring that Company is up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes particularly in the area of Oil and Gas and policies that are applicable.
* Participate in resolution of corporate conflicts/ disputes, including participating in inter department deliberations, developing \& overseeing the legal strategy and legal objectives.
* Draft a wide variety of legal documents, power of attorney and correspondence with internal, external stakeholders/ government departments and ministries.
* Assist seniors in getting information and analyzing the changes in laws, rules, regulations, reported judgements of superior courts to update the business for compliance with applicable changes so made.
* Facilitate corporate governance, compliance, regulatory matters. Create legal defensive or proactive strategies.
* Sound judgement, ability to analyse critical situations and to advise best possible way forward.
