**Company Description** Martlet AI revolutionizes Chart Reviews for U.S. payers and health systems. **Role Description** This is a full\-time remote role for a Machine Learning Engineer. The role involves training, testing, evaluation, and deployment of local LLM models. Most Important: Strong problem solving capabilities and the right mindset to take responsibility, learn, and adapt in a fast paced environment. **Qualifications** * Strong understanding of LLMs with experience in local model hosting, fine tuning, quantization, distillation, DPO, and RAG. * Strong understanding of agentic systems with latency optimization. * Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals, particularly in data structures and software development practices * Knowledge and experience with developing and optimizing Algorithms and Machine Learning models * Proficiency in PyTorch, training and evaluating ML Algorithms. * Experience with Docker * Experience with AWS
