We're looking for engineers who understand ML \& engineering fundamentals deeply and can apply them across different technology stacks. If you're technology\-agnostic, adaptable, and driven by core concepts rather than specific tools, we encourage you to apply! **Your Responsibilities May Include** * Design ML system architectures spanning the full lifecycle: data pipelines, training infrastructure, model serving, and monitoring. Make architectural tradeoffs considering scale, latency, cost, and maintainability for production environments * Deploy and maintain production ML systems across diverse environments and requirements, with focus on reliability, performance optimization, and deployment best practices (canary releases, A/B testing, rollback strategies, CI/CD integration) * Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring. Bridge technical and business stakeholders by translating complex ML concepts into actionable insights and strategic recommendations * Helps both us and our partners to optimize processes, identify trends, and develop data\-driven strategies for growth and innovation. **We Are Looking For** * Several years of hands\-on ML engineering, ideally across multiple production deployments * Strong Python and modern ML tooling (PyTorch or TensorFlow, scikit\-learn, MLflow or similar) * Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP) and data tools like Databricks, Snowflake or Spark * A university degree in a highly technical and quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Software Development, Engineering etc * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both technical and non\-technical.
