Job Description
Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist
Location: Malmo/Hybrid
Start: ASAP
Contract Duration: 6 months + extensions
We are looking for an experienced
Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist
to design, train, and deploy machine learning models, with a focus on
NLP
,
A/B testing
, and scalable
ML pipelines
. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven solutions and optimise model performance in production.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in
Machine Learning Model Training
- Hands-on experience with
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Strong background in
Data Science
and statistical analysis
- Experience designing and analysing
A/B Tests
- Experience building and maintaining
ML Pipelines
- Strong Python programming and data analysis skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment
- Experience with LLMs or Generative AI
Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and optimise machine learning models
- Build NLP solutions for business use cases
- Design and evaluate A/B testing experiments
- Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product teams
- Monitor model performance and drive continuous improvements
