Machine Learning Engineer

**Position: Machine Learning Engineer** **Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE** **Salary \- 20 K AED** **Purpose:** Seeking a highly proficient and innovative Machine Learning engineer to help design and implement a cutting\-edge AI platform through Machine Learning and software development techniques. As a Scientist \- Machine Learning, you will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining various Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning algorithms. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of smart people, including Product Managers and Software Developers, to advance a state\-of\-the\-art AI platform that can be applied to domains like Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI. **Qualification and Skills** * 5\+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering with a strong focus on AI and * Machine Learning algorithm development. * Proven track of programming in Python/Java/C\+\+ * Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms * Experience with classical computer vision techniques using OpenCV library * Strong experience in debugging and tuning applications/ML pipelines for production * Experience with scikit\-learn library (clustering, dimensionality reduction, classification, regression) * Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras) for training and inference on the tasks like: o NLP (semantic search, topic classification, sentiment analysis, translation) o Image (object detection and recognition) o Video (objects tracking, anomaly detection) o Audio (speaker recognition, speech to text) o Time Series (anomaly detection) * Experience with embedding and zero\-shot learning, vector search libraries like FAISS, * ScaNN * Production experience deploying, configuring, and monitoring ML pipelines * Experience working with Airflow for building ML pipelines * Strong analytical skills and ability to transform complex problems into clear, concise, and * actionable solutions. * Excellent communication skills, adept at collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and * conveying technical concepts effectively * Preferable: Masters or Ph.D. degree focused on ML **Responsibilities:** * Take full ownership of end\-to\-end Machine Learning projects, from conceptualization to deployment. * Lead the design, development, and optimization of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and * Reinforcement Learning solutions for complex problem\-solving in domains such as Computer Vision. * Utilize vector databases and advanced indexing techniques to efficiently store and retrieve relevant information for conversational contexts. * Fine\-tune and optimize large language models (LLM’s) for specific use cases. * You develop algorithms in key areas in Machine Learning. * You are a team player working closely with other colleagues while maintaining a clear vision of the value of our diverse offerings. * You lead the path of value\-driven AI features that are innovative and deployable to real customers. * Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and Generative AI to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage **Additional Attributes for Success** * You transform ambiguity into clarity. * You enjoy collaborating in a multicultural and diverse environment that expands to include * various geographic locations and spans numerous cultures. * You have stellar communication skills, effectively expressing yourself.
