Job Description
EXPENSES ASSISTANT ADVERT We are inviting applications from enthusiastic individuals for the post of Expenses Assistant to join the Car Leasing and Expenses Team, based within the People and Culture Directorate’s HR Service Centre. This role will provide an efficient, effective, and professional administrative support service to the team within a busy, fast\-paced working environment. We are looking for applicants who are accurate, professional, and reliable, with a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will be self\-motivated, able to work independently, and confident in using their own initiative to manage and prioritise a varied workload while meeting tight deadlines in a high\-volume setting. You will be a confident team player, while also being capable of working autonomously. In addition, applicants should have good communication skills and experience in using Microsoft Office applications. Previous expenses experience would be an advantage, although this is not essential as full training will be provided. This is a permanent post for 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro\-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
