The Operations Manager will oversee the day\-to\-day functioning of the hotel’s operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high\-quality services that exceed guest expectations. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing and implementing efficient processes, ensuring guest satisfaction, training team members, and maintaining high service standards in all areas. Collaboration with other department heads to achieve operational goals is a key aspect of this role. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in Operations Management, with a focus on optimizing hotel operations and improving workflow efficiency. * Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to create memorable guest experiences and address customer needs effectively. * Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse teams, guests, and stakeholders effectively. * Experience in Training and developing staff to ensure consistent service excellence and professional growth of team members. * Strong leadership, problem\-solving, and organizational skills that contribute to the smooth management of hotel operations. * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. * Previous experience in luxury hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure are highly advantageous.
