Responsibilities

• Respond to users through live chat in a timely, clear, and empathetic manner
• Help users understand product features and job search workflows
• Troubleshoot common account, product, and technical issues
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Document conversations, resolutions, and recurring user problems
• Share customer feedback and product improvement opportunities
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and privacy

Qualification

Required

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong customer-service mindset and empathy for users
• Ability to manage multiple conversations while maintaining accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work remotely within the United Kingdom during agreed service hours

Preferred

• Previous experience in customer support, live chat, operations, or another user-facing role
• Familiarity with SaaS products, CRM systems, or support tools
• Interest in AI, job search, and consumer technology
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
