To deliver an efficient and effective library, information and advice service to the public and to support the team leader. lead librarians, locality librarians, community librarians and customer services team in providing efficient and effective solutions to customer queries and requests. If so, we are looking to recruit a Specialist Customer Services Representative to fill a position at Neston Library. This is an 18\.25 hour, fixed term position for 6 months. You will be part of an inspiring Libraries Team, contributing to the delivery of an innovative community\-driven library service. You will assist in the delivery of a comprehensive range of excellent customer focused services, promoting the aims of the library service. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to develop positive working relationships and be able to deal with varied situations in a pragmatic and supportive manner. You will have the energy and enthusiasm to deliver the range of services we provide. Responsibilities include assisting customers with queries, providing varied digital support, operating library management systems, processing and shelving library stock and providing and taking part in a full range of activities for adults and children to help encourage library use and promote reading. Working schedule is: **Week 1** **Week 2** **Average** **Mon** OFF OFF **Tues** OFF OFF **Wed** OFF OFF **Thurs** 8\.30\-5 9\-5 **Fri** 9\-7 9\-7 **Sat** 9\-1 OFF **Hours** 20\.5 16 **18\.25 hours** Interviews will take place on Wednesday 8 April at Neston Library.
